The Relaunch of Plan Ahead Events South Florida

As you get to know me, you will realize that most of what I do, incorporates biblical principals and there is nothing wrong with bringing ones faith into the marketplace. Actually, its a good thing because it can offer some level of assurance to the consumer that they are dealing with people guided by ethics and values that are literally above this world system. I figure if Steven Covey can write an entire series of self help books based on scripture and business people around the world embrace it, than surely I can insert a little bit of it in my blog!

Listen you many not realize this, but Plan Ahead Events started as a major franchise with 120 offices in nine countries. When I bought into the brand, as an independent event planner, doing birthday parties for kids and luncheons, I entered the “big leagues”. Within 30 days of purchasing my corporate event management company, I signed my first contract with the City of Winter Park, Florida to produce its 2015 Earth Day Celebration. It was major and I was working feverishly toward my goal of coordinating conferences and events throughout the South Florida area. I was well on my way. I had landed four major clients, produced 16 events and was starting to see growth and progress in my business. Then life threw me a curve ball that knocked the wind out of me.

I won’t bore you with the details, but right at the height of my stride, I took two major hits, one in my personal life and another in my business life virtually simultaneously. The collateral damage was so severe, that I was forced to cease operations for an entire year just to get myself back together. As I was going through my process, the entrepreneur in me was never silenced.

It would speak out in the darkness of my spirit and say things like “cast your net on the other side” (John 21:6) and “push out into the deep and let out your net for a catch” (Luke 5:4) and thankfully, I had enough faith to listen.

Welcome to the relaunch of Plan Ahead Events South Florida!

Purpose never dies. Leonardo da Vinci said, “For once you have tasted flight you will walk the earth with your eyes turned skyward, for there you have been and there you will long to return”. I am grateful for the experience.

I am sharing this with you today, because I know some of you have plans, vision, hopes and dreams lying dormant in you, screaming into the dark places of your spirit wanting to be fulfilled. You too, may have experienced a trauma that has gotten you off track. But I am here to announce to you that you just need to push out into the deep and cast your net on the other side for a catch. Give the vision in you a voice and let it speak.

Allow the redesign of my new website to inspire you to come back, bigger stronger, happier, healthier and full of renewed strength and passion. There are thousands of stories just like mine and just like yours. Know this for sure, the race is not given to the swift, but to the one who can endure (Ecclesiastes 9:11).
